Slow Website

Posted on February 26th, 2008 in Welcome - News - The 411 by SiteMonkey

For those who go directly to the board instead of through the main page a little update. For the last 2 months the website has been slower than Tar and about as easy to navigate. It’s been a fun battle trying to get our web host to admit and find out what is going on. I think I’ve nailed down what the problem is, but it’s on their side of things so we’ll see how much negotiation it takes to fix this. Untill then, please bear with us. I promise some of the new content we are trying to roll out will be worth it.

Glory and Tom Show 1

This is the first Glory and Tom show. Today we talk about Apronal Anal Spray not to be confused with Apronal the oral Tylenol. This is the first podcast with opening and ending credits and music,  and it kept me up late finishing. So, I hope you enjoy it. For those who get annoyed at the audio we are getting in some new equipment and our podcasts should be sounding much better very soon.

Quick little note to those who already listened to this post. I updated the podcast with a somewhat better version. Downside is that it’s twice the size. Oh well, 20MB still isn’t that big for a 30 minute podcast. – Sitemonkey

“If a man lies to you, don’t get mad, get even. I once dated a guy who waited three months into our relationship before he told me he was married. I said, ‘Hey, don’t worry about it. I used to be a man.’” –Livia Squires

Danger! High Voltage

Posted on February 18th, 2008 in Welcome - News - The 411 by Glory

I’ve been sick in bed/misery with an upper respiratory infection for the last week. The doctor said that there was nothing to help me but rest, time and Mucinex. I’ve bought so much of the stuff I’m now ready to be their spokesperson,

“I love Mucinex becomes it makes me drain!”

I need some chicken matzo ball soup. Stat! Does anyone know where there’s a Jewish Penicillin Dispensary around here?

I think there must be something inherently wrong with me. For the last hour I’ve been watching video after video

of Electric Six on You Tube. Why can’t I quit you?!?!?!

Seacrest out. (I’m kidding Ryan. I think you’re fabulous. ;)

Exactly where does the buck stop?

“I’m not good at being alone. Especially at the end of the day when my finances are a mess, my car is falling apart, [and] I can’t find my show. That’s when I need a big strong guy to hold me close so I can look deep into his eyes and blame him.” –Simone Alexander
